Boko Haram Sect Men Killed In A Battle With The Military, Weapons And Cars Were Recovered...

Two days ago, the 9th of june 2014. Nigerian military released a statement saying that they foiled an attack by Boko Haram men in Adamawa and Borno state on Saturday which resulted in the death of about 50 of the sect men.

Yestersday, the Presidential Spokesman Reuben Abati posted some pictures of weapons recovered after the battle on his instagram page. He also shared some pictures of some of the Boko Haram members that were killed.

Among the weapons that were recovered are 3,500 rounds of ammunition, 7 machine guns, 6 smoke grenade canisters, locally fabricated guns, 36 hand grenades, 30 rifles, and 11 rocket propelled grenade tubes. Below are more photos after the cut...
