124 Injured And 71 Feared Dead At The Nyanya, Abuja Blast.

 According to a Police Spokesman Mr Frank Mba, at least 71 people lost their lives yesterday while 124 people were all injured after a bomb blast at the Nyanya motor park yesterday the 14th of April 2014. The injured ones received treatment at eight different local hospitals, security agents say.

“So far, we have a total of 71 persons dead and 124 others injured and they are all, receiving treatments at various hospitals in and around FCT metropolis,” Mr. Mba said.

The police spokesman also added 16 luxury buses and 24 other cars were all destroyed in the blast
Meanwhile security agencies have advised the public in the FCT to avoid unnecessary huge crowds, and be security conscious at all times. They also warned people to keep off from the explosion scene
